All orders are shipped directly from our warehouse located in Belgium, EU.

 


VAT, IMPORT DUTIES & TAXES

EU - EUROPEAN UNION  

For EU (European Union) orders, VAT is collected at checkout and is determined by the shipping destination.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Import duties and taxes may be charged by the carrier on delivery for non-EU orders.

USA - UNITED STATES OF AMERICA

For U.S. orders, we aim to collect applicable import duties and taxes at checkout whenever possible, to ensure a smooth delivery experience.

Due to recent changes in U.S. customs processing systems, pre-collected duties are not always recognized or applied correctly by U.S. Customs and the carrier. In rare cases, this may result in duties or import charges being requested again upon delivery.

If you are charged import duties after having already paid them at checkout, please contact us with proof of payment. Any duties that were pre-collected by us will be refunded promptly.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding while U.S. Customs finalizes and stabilizes updated duty and import tax configurations

Update as of 20.01.2026: Due to recent complications between EU & US politics regarding import and customs/tariff, the courier administration is unable to handle automated pre-paid duty, and as a result we are unable to include duty and tax collection on US orders. Any prepaid duty/tax before this date will be refunded as soon as the payment processing gets rejected by the the courier/customs.

PRE-ORDER 
products are queued for production and will ship as soon as we have them in stock. It can take as much as 3 months before the item is shipped, but will guarantee your item of choice before it's permanently sold out.
